Recruiting stalls for three reasons: athletes contact too few programs, send a generic email coaches ignore, and stop after one try. MyNextOffer fixes each one.
Search D1, D2, D3, NAIA and JUCO beach programs by division, region and academic fit — and keep the list current, because new programs launch every year.
The AI drafts a personalised email to a specific coach from your real profile — pairs results, national ranking, partner situation, indoor background, academic picture — in about 30 seconds. You review and send it.
The outreach tracker keeps every coach and reply in one place so a strong ranked-pairs result — or a brand-new program you want on your list — reaches the right people fast.
Beach volleyball is one of the newest NCAA championship sports and it is still growing fast — programs are added most years. It is a women's sport played as five fixed pairs, so coaches recruit for a specific pairing: two players who complement each other, or one half of a strong duo. Your recruiting résumé is your pairs results and national ranking on the AVP America, p1440 and USAV junior beach circuits, and a large share of college players cross over from a strong indoor background. D1 rosters are capped at 19.
Your ranked pairs schedule is your recruiting résumé.
What to do each year — the recruiting clock in this sport is earlier than most families expect.
Play a ranked junior beach pairs schedule (AVP America, USAV) alongside indoor. Start match video. Keep grades strong.
Build a target list — and keep it current as new programs launch. Email coaches your pairs results, ranking, partner situation and academic profile.
Coaches can contact you from June 15 after sophomore year. Attend college beach camps at your top schools, take unofficial visits, official visits from Aug 1.
Convert interest at camps and commit where the pairing, program trajectory, degree and aid fit.
If uncommitted, widen to D2, D3, NAIA and JUCO, keep playing ranked pairs events, and send updated results and video.
D1 beach volleyball rosters are capped at 19. Schools that opted into the 2025 House settlement have no scholarship cap; most still spread partial aid across the roster. D1 schools that did not opt in, and all of D2, still work from about 6 equivalency scholarships. D3 offers no athletic scholarships — academic and need-based aid only. NAIA and NJCAA (junior college) are separate associations, unaffected by the settlement, and their scholarship rules stand.
19-player roster cap, mostly in the South and West. Recruited off pairs results and national junior beach rankings; most players are on partial aid.
Equivalency scholarships on a smaller scale; a fast-growing level with athletic money that stacks with academic aid.
No athletic scholarships. An emerging level with need- and merit-based aid; a good fit for a strong student who wants to help build a program.
An emerging invitational championship with set scholarship numbers and flexible eligibility.
Two years to build a ranked pairs résumé and raise a GPA in a growing NJCAA field, then transfer up.

Beach volleyball recruits are frequently strong students and are often admitted through regular admissions. Keep your GPA and test scores in range for each target school, above the 2.3 core-course NCAA minimum, and register with the NCAA Eligibility Center by junior year.
Many college beach players cross over from indoor; strong indoor IQ plus sand-specific ball control is the profile.
The sport is young — new programs launch every year, so keep your target list current.
Pairs results and national junior ranking first, then ball control, serving and defense in the sand — not just terminal swings — plus your indoor background and IQ. Height matters less than it does indoors.
