How MyNextOffer helps, why athletes use it instead of a paid consultant, what it costs, and how to reach support.
MyNextOffer is a college athletic recruiting platform for high-school athletes and their families. It gives you a searchable database of college programs and coaches, an AI writer that drafts personalized outreach emails and DMs from your profile, a tracker for every coach you contact, and a recruiting calendar of camps and NCAA contact dates — the same workflow a paid recruiting consultant runs, in software you control.
It removes the three things that stall most recruitments. First, finding the right programs: search 2,000+ college programs across D1, D2, D3, NAIA and JUCO by division, sport, location and academic fit instead of guessing. Second, making contact: the AI drafts a personalized email or DM for a specific coach using your real stats, position and highlight film, so you send something a coach will actually read — in under a minute instead of an hour. Third, following through: the tracker shows who you contacted, who replied, and who is due for a follow-up, because persistence is what separates recruited athletes from the rest.
You can, and MyNextOffer is built to help you do exactly that — better and faster. Most self-directed recruiting stalls because athletes contact too few programs, send a generic email coaches ignore, and stop after one try. MyNextOffer gives you the coach contacts, writes outreach that references your real numbers and the specific program, and keeps you following up. It is your recruiting, organized — not a service that recruits for you.
A traditional recruiting service costs $3,000–$5,000+ and a family often never sees the emails that go out. MyNextOffer starts at $19/month, and you write, review and send everything yourself — nothing goes to a coach without you approving it. You keep the relationships and the login. It is the consultant’s toolkit without the retainer or the black box.
High-school athletes (roughly grades 9–12) who want to compete in college and the parents helping them. It fits athletes targeting any level, from Power-Five D1 down to D3, NAIA and JUCO, and is especially useful for families without a connected club coach or a recruiting network already in place.
No. MyNextOffer is an independent tool and is not affiliated with the NCAA, the NAIA, the NJCAA, any conference, or any college or high school. Recruiting rules and contact dates change frequently — always confirm current rules with your high-school coach, athletic director, or a college compliance office before acting.
Earlier than most families think. You can contact college coaches at any time — the NCAA rules that restrict timing apply to when coaches may contact you, not the reverse. Sophomore year is a good time to start building your list and sending your first emails; junior year is when most recruiting conversations get serious. If you are a junior or senior and have not started, start now.
For most athletes, 30–60 programs spread across several division levels is a sensible starting range. D1 programs receive hundreds of emails, so cast a wide net, include realistic D2, D3 and NAIA targets alongside your reach schools, and then put your energy into the coaches who respond.
The drafts use your actual name, stats, position, highlight link and details about that specific program, so they read as a serious athlete who did their homework — not a form letter. They are a starting point: review every one, fix anything inaccurate, and add a sentence in your own voice before sending. An email built from your real numbers beats a generic one you wrote at midnight.
That is normal, especially at the D1 level. Follow up once or twice, spaced a week or two apart, ideally with something new — updated stats, a fresh highlight, a strong game. If there is still no reply after about three contacts, move on and focus on coaches who engage. The tracker in MyNextOffer tells you exactly who is due for a nudge.
Yes. The database spans all five levels, and the School Finder and AI Advisor deliberately surface D2, D3, NAIA and JUCO fits. The majority of college athletes compete below D1, and those programs are often where the best athletic-plus-academic-plus-financial fit is.
No, and any service that promises that is not being honest. Getting recruited depends on your ability, academics, how you fit a program’s roster needs, and timing. MyNextOffer makes your process organized, professional and persistent — it improves your odds, it does not control the outcome.
No. You can generate an email or DM, copy it, and send it from your own inbox with no setup at all. Connecting Gmail is optional — it adds one-click sending and lets you see when a coach opens your message, and outbound sending is capped at 20/day to protect your account.
Coach and school data is refreshed nightly from public athletic-department sources and reviewed for quality. Every sport we offer has coach, program and camp data on file — the Sports page shows exactly how many programs, schools and contacts are covered for each. If you spot something wrong, use "Submit a Correction" on the coach card and the team reviews every report.
See the Sports page for the current list — every sport shown there has coach, program and camp data live, with a breakdown of exactly how much is on file for each. If your sport is not listed yet, it is on the way; email support to ask where it stands.
MyNextOffer runs in any mobile browser with a layout built for phones, so you can search coaches, send outreach and update your tracker from anywhere. There is no separate app to download.

Either. It is a normal monthly card subscription with no household or seat restriction, so a parent can pay and the athlete can use the account, or the athlete can manage it themselves. Billing lives in Settings → Subscription for whoever holds the login.
