Where do its answers come from?

From your MyNextOffer profile, your school matches, the coach database and your own outreach history. It can read that data but cannot change it, and it declines questions that aren’t about recruiting.

Will it email coaches for me?

No. It can draft a message for you to review and edit, but you decide whether to send it.

Is it always right?

AI can make mistakes. It never guarantees offers, admission or scholarships, and eligibility should be confirmed with the NCAA Eligibility Center.
