How do I keep track of college coaches I’ve contacted?

How do I know if a coach opened my email?

Emails you send from MyNextOffer through your connected Gmail are tracked: you see when the coach opened the email and whether they clicked your Hudl or YouTube film link.

How do I see which coaches are interested?

The Engagement Inbox lists every coach who opened your email or watched your film, most recent first, and puts coaches who engaged but haven’t answered yet at the top. It shows which film link they clicked and the last time they came back, and one click writes the follow-up.

When should I follow up with a college coach?

If a coach hasn’t replied in about two weeks, a short follow-up with something new, such as updated stats, new film or a camp you are attending, is reasonable. Set the date and the tracker reminds you.
