You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your athlete profile. Do not exaggerate stats, GPA, or achievements. Inaccurate information in AI-generated emails could harm your reputation with coaches.
AI-generated content is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before sending it to coaches. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI output.
Do not use MyNextOffer to spam coaches, send false or misleading information, scrape data, circumvent rate limits, or use the service for any illegal purpose. Accounts violating these terms will be suspended.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months except where required by law.
MyNextOffer is not affiliated with the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, or any college or university. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice regarding recruiting rules or eligibility.
MyNextOffer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes by email.
