COOKIE POLICY

Effective Date: May 30, 2026  |  MyNextOffer, LLC

The short version: We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and a small number of optional analytics cookies (PostHog) and error tracking cookies (Sentry) to improve the product. You can opt out of optional cookies at any time.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — such as whether you are logged in — and help us understand how the site is being used.

We also use similar technologies such as local storage and session storage for certain application functions. This policy covers all such technologies collectively referred to as "cookies."

2. Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies Required

These cookies are strictly necessary for the platform to function. You cannot opt out of these without losing core functionality such as staying logged in.

CookiePurposeDuration
mno_sessionStores your encrypted session token to keep you logged in7 days (rolling)
mno_csrfProtects against cross-site request forgery attacksSession

Analytics Cookies Optional

We use PostHog to understand how users interact with the platform — which features are used, where users drop off, and how to improve the product. PostHog is configured in privacy-first mode: IP addresses are anonymized and no data is sold to third parties.

CookiePurposeDuration
ph_*PostHog analytics — page views, feature usage, session replay (if enabled)1 year
posthog_*PostHog session and distinct user identifier1 year

Error Tracking Cookies Optional

We use Sentry to capture application errors and performance issues so we can fix bugs quickly. Sentry may set a small number of cookies to correlate error reports with sessions.

CookiePurposeDuration

Email Tracking Optional

When you send recruiting emails to coaches through MyNextOffer, we embed an invisible tracking pixel and link redirect in those emails to detect opens and clicks. This tracking applies only to emails you send — not to emails we send you. You can disable email tracking in Settings → Notifications.

3. Third-Party Cookies

We do not embed third-party advertising networks, social media widgets, or ad trackers on MyNextOffer. The only third-party scripts that may set cookies are PostHog and Sentry, both described above. We do not sell, rent, or share cookie data with advertisers.

4. How to Control Cookies

Browser Settings

You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies at any time. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in or using the platform. Common browser settings:

Opt Out of Analytics

To opt out of PostHog analytics, you can install the PostHog opt-out or contact us at privacy@mynextoffer.io and we will disable tracking for your account.

5. Do Not Track

Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to DNT signals, MyNextOffer does not currently alter its behavior based on DNT. We will update this policy if a standard is adopted.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
